The day begins with the children being picked up either at Skavlöten or Hägernäs station at 9 am with tractor or horse and carriage to go to Rönninge By. During the day we will take care of and spend time with all the animals on the farm. We will also have the time to go horse-back riding and driving horse and carriage with our sweet ponies. There will also be plenty of time for fun and games! There's time set aside for lunch where the children will have time to eat the cooked food that is served. Before we head back home the children will also get a small snack. At 4pm the children will be back at Skavlöten/Hägernäs station, ready to be picked up by their parents Springtime is one of the best times to visit Rönninge By, because the very first animal babies are usually born in the end of march or the beginning of april. Hopefully there will be some lambs, baby goats or rabbits to see when you are here at camp!

Payment of camp fee We will send an invoice of the camp fee to you via e-mail. Once the invoice is paid we will confirm the child's spot on the camp and send more information. In the event of a delayed payment we will send you a reminder with an additional fee of 50 kr. If you do not pay within the time set out in the reminder we will see it as a cancellation, and you will lose your spot on the camp. We will also charge you 300 kr in booking fee.

Cancellations
The following applies for cancellations:
A booking fee of 300kr will be charged for all cancellations
- Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the camp starts entitles you to a refund of the camp fee, excluding a booking fee of 300kr. If the camp fee has not been paid a booking fee of 300kr shall still be paid to us.
- Cancellations made later than 30 days before the camp starts does not entitle you to a refund. If the camp fee has not been paid the total camp fee shall still be paid to us.

Insurance
Parents are solely responsible for making sure that their children are properly insured.
Mäler i Täby AB takes no responsibility in this.
We recommend all participants to have an insurance which covers horse-back-riding and other animal related activities.

Pick-up sites
Pick-up at Skavlöten means the big parking lot at Skavlötens Motionsgård in Täby.
Pick-up at Hägernäs Station means where Roslagsbanan stops, on the forest side (at the crossroads of the paths)
If we have fewer than 10 applications we reserve the right to withdraw one of the pick-up sites. The pick-up site where most children have requested to be picked up at will then be used for all participants.

Cancelled camp
In the event of fewer than 10 applications we reserve the right to cancel the camp. We will inform you of this no later than 7 days prior to camp start. We will give you a full refund of the camp fee.
Special diet or allargies
If your child requiers a special diet because of allergies or similar, this shall be noted in the application form. If this information has not been included in the application form we cannot guarantee special diet for the child.


Recommended Packlist

• Clothes to match the weather! We will be outside most of the time. Come prepared!
• Sensible shoes. We recommend covered shoes with socks (not sandals/crocs).
• Ev. allergy medicines if needed/appropriate.
