1) During Saturdays and Sundays between 10.45 - 16.15 the village is absolutely carfree. You can park a maximum of two cars
on the small parkinglot at the village's northern end. Do not block the drive-in to the residents' home, or the road to the village considering
eventual emergency-vehicles. Other times, and on weekdays, you can recieve special permission to drive up into the village to load
or unload in association with preparations before or after, or cleaning up after your rental.
2) Included in the booking is only parking for 2 cars on the small parking-lot at the farm's northern end. Other cars are prohibited unless special permission is granted.
- Suitable parking for guests can be found at Skavlötens exercise-yard, Skavlötsvägen, which is approximately a 1km walk from the village.
3) You have access to the building from 10.00 untill 15.00 the same day.
4) It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in ALL of our buildings!
5) The landlord's buildings, establishment and equipmen are insured by the landlord. The insurance covers normal usage, should the tenant
be careless or negligent in their usage which results in damage/loss/theft, the tenant is obliged to compensate the entire loss.
Should something be damaged/lost/stolen in spite of normal usage and the insurance covers the loss, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord's
excess. Should the equipment brought by the tenant be damaged/lost/stolen, none of the landlord's insurances will cover it. If the
tenant wishes to have an insurance for brought equipment, the tenant will have to aquire requisite insurance on their own.
6) The silverware in the kitchen is not included in the booking, we will charge an extra 500 kr for use of this silverware if it is not booked in advance.
7) The following goes for unbooking:
- Unbooking earlier than 3 weeks before nothing will be charged
- Unbooking 1-3 weeks before, you will be charged half the base amount (750kr)
- Unbooking less than 7 days before, you will be charged the full base amount (1500kr)
- Unbooking less than 1 day before, the entire agreed total cost will be charged.
8) The buildings should be cleaned, left and the key returned at the latest 15.00 the same day. You can buy the cleaning service from us.
Uncleaned building will cause us to charge 1000 kr, and if the clean-up takes more than 2 hours the we will be charging 460kr/hour the
remaining time. Please note that cleaning that has been priorly reserved is charged differently, as is agreed in a separate settlement.

5) The garbage from the party can be thrown in a blue container in front of the barn. It will be sorted at the garbage dump.
6) If we need to spend unplanned time for your booking, such as aiding an eventual cateringinfirm to set up or clean away, send back
cars that drive through without permission, order to lower the music after 24.00, or cleaning up in- or outdoors after you, you will be
charged 460kr/hour.
7) The landlord's buildings, establishment and equipmen are insured by the landlord. The insurance covers normal usage, should the tenant
be careless or negligent in their usage which results in damage/loss/theft, the tenant is obliged to compensate the entire loss.

Cancellation less than two days before the entire agreed cost will be charged.

13) Djur & Fritid i Täby AB reserve the right to charge 460 kr/hour for all other job the booking has led to.
